# Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Traceless. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

## 1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, or promotional events), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched.

## 2. Shipping Times

Because each Traceless order is quality-checked before leaving our fulfillment partner, total delivery times include both processing and transit.

## 3. Shipping Costs

Expedited and express shipping options are not currently available.

## 4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your **tracking number** and a link to follow your package.

Please allow **3–5 business days** after dispatch for tracking information to fully update in the carrier's system. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact us at **support@traceless.com** and we'll investigate immediately.

## 5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside North America), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are:

- **Set by your local customs authority**, not by Traceless
- **The responsibility of the customer**
- Not included in your order total at checkout

We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering. Traceless cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

## 6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once an order has been processed, **address changes may not be possible**.

If you spot an error, contact us within **2 hours of placing your order** at support@traceless.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

## 7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

- An incorrect or incomplete address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed packages held at a local depot

…we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. **A reshipping fee may apply.** Refunds for returned-to-sender orders are issued at our discretion, less original shipping costs.

## 8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as **delivered** but you have not received it:

1. Check with neighbors, building reception, or your mailroom
2. Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely
3. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number
4. If still missing, contact us at **support@traceless.com** within **7 days of the delivered status**

We work directly with our shipping partners to investigate lost packages and issue replacements where appropriate.

## 9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll replace the item at no additional cost.

## 10. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within **2 hours of purchase** by contacting support@traceless.com. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled — but you're always covered by our **14-Day Clean Home Guarantee** (see our Refund Policy).
